In youth we learn….in age we understand
SWEAT SLEEP REPEAT
The current recommended guidelines for youth are 60 minutes or more per day of moderate to vigorous intensity aerobic physical activity. As part of their 60 minutes or more of daily physical activity, children and adolescents should include muscle and bone strengthening physical activity on at least 3 days a week.
Today, less than 24% of our youth achieve these recommended daily guidelines. In addition to the health benefits, participating in daily physical activity will also help encourage your child’s confidence and self-esteem.
